This includes pricing and availability information, which is not guaranteed. It also includes any errors, omissions or inaccuracies relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and shipping charges. All site contents are provided on an ‘as is’ basis without warranties or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied.

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If your item is faulty or damaged, we require that you notify info@TN1S.COM within 48 hours of receipt of product. If an exchange is permitted, items must be returned un-worn, un-washed and with original packaging/tags. You will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with returned items. Any returns will be exchanged for items of equal value or will be refunded with store credit. All sale/discount items, as well as socks, will not be exchangeable unless the product is faulty or damaged.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged on all Canadian orders. Please refer to the sales tax rate in your province or territory. International customers are responsible for custom duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping cost assessed during checkout.

Shipping is free on orders over $99 to Canada and the USA, and includes tracking. Please note that by selecting untracked shipping you understand that a package may be lost in transit by the carrier. We will not be responsible or liable for this loss, as you have foregone the option to ship your package tracked and insured.

Shipping confirmation will be provided upon order processing. Please allow an additional 15 business days for order delivery.
